- Thai nationality with bachelor or higher degree in Civil Engineering or other equivalent qualifications.
- At least 5 years experience with on-site project/construction management for medium - rise building or larger.
- Result oriented and team player.
- Excellent communications skills both spoken and written English .

To oversee and manage all respects of our construction projects , supervise and facilitate work required by the construction program.
To undertake all form real estate development for the condominium and construction projects.
