- Excellent general education with 5-7 years relevant experience

- Good understanding of the production process of advertising and all other forms of communication mediums.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to convince and influence other effectively
- Able to prioritise, communicate these priorities and motivate a team accordingly.
- High energy level, excellent listening skills and able to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously.
