- Direct Marketing experience
Other requirements:
- 3-4 years Project Management experience
- 2-3 years managing at least 4 direct staff reports
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and training of staff
- Management of all marketing programs
- Acquire, build and manage client / contact lists
- Develop key relationships
- Build a motivated team focused on acquiring new customers and business partners
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Have recruitment and management experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Advertising, Sales, PR, Internet or related marketing field
- Self motivated with strong leadership skills
- Must be hands on and prepared to lead by example
- Highly organized with good time management skills
- A creative thinker with a mature and positive attitude to work
- Requires good knowledge of the Internet
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
