- Female age not over 30 years.
- - Master or Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
- - Good command of spoken and written English.
- - Highly energetic, with intiative and problem solving skills
- - Strong leadership and excellent presentation skills, able to work under pressure
- - Experience of cosmetic business would be advantage.
- - Familiar to cosmetic market would be advantage.

- Developing Brand Strategies which includes concept, packaging development, product, marketing qualifications and forecasting
- Advertising which includes creative development, copy evaluation, commercial production
- Below the line communication which includes print, outdoor, direct-to-consumer marketing, public relations and point of sales marketing
- Interpersonal projects which includes coaching, training, recruiting, multi-functional teamwork
- Consumer / Customer Training
