- Age 30 up
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering or related field (preferred MBA).
- At least 3 years experienced in Application Development in supervisory/ leader level.
- Able to design Database (SQL Server/ Oracle/ Informix/ SQL DBMS) at least 1 project experienced.
- At least 1 language specialist in Access or VB or C or Java or JSP or .net
- Knowedge in OOAD, good command in English, good communication, good presentation.
