คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม / เงื่อนไขพิเศษ
- Thai national or resident of Thailand holding working permit
- 45 years of age and above
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR related legal issues
- Knowledge of additional languages and international professional experience will be an asset
- Experience of disciplinary, grievance, and employment contract matters, and assessment and training techniques
- Experience in staff planning and knowledge of staff planning programs
- Refined communication skills and is a team player
รายละเอียดงาน (Job Description)
Liaise with and advise other department on HR issues
Responsible for recruitment, induction and training of staff of all departments, including budgetary matters
Responsible for staff reviews, companys regulations, welfare, leaves and holiday schedules
Assist with implementation and review of personal safety policy and practice
Produce regular computer generated reports for all management
Liaise with customers, Airport Authority and other related parties
