- Bachelors in Mechanical / Industrial / Electronics / Electrical
- A minimum of 1 4 years experience in supplier quality
- Knowledge in MSA (Measurement System Analysis), SPC
- Good team player, participation and communication skills.
- Good command of English and computer literacy
รายละเอียดงาน (Job Description)
Plans inspection on both direct and indirect raw material from suppliers daily to meet the production schedule.
Monitors the raw material inspection process performed by subordinates to meet companys specification.
Coordinates with suppliers to supply sample raw materials for NOK standard verification. Monitors the supplier production lines, advises on improvements need on supplier production process to meet NOK standard qualification.
Edits and revises inspection documents, work instruction to update required standard. Advises and trains subordinates on inspection process and how to recognize the defected raw materials.
Recommends new raw material suppliers. Collects supplier information, visits supplys factory to review the production process and standard of the supplied products. Reports all details and makes recommendations to supervisor.
Monitors and follows up the rejected raw materials resolution. Coordinates with suppliers to solve the quality problems of the rejected product. Visits and recommends changes and/or modification of its process to resolve the problem.
