Job description:
Handling incoming calls regarding inquiries, questions
and complaints
Preparing and providing professional report to clients
and/or company as required
Provide customers with product and service information
Project a professional company image through phone
interaction
Must be able to sell a product or service to the customers
after they have resolved the customers initial inquiry
Working with Sales and Marketing team to ensure 100%
customer satisfaction at all times
Completing administrative work, as required
Qualifications:
Female, Thai Nationality, Age 22-28 years,
Bachelor's degree in related field
Strong service mind
Good analytical skill and problem solving
Good English language and presentation skills
Must have excellent listening skills and be able to
communicate clearly both speaking and writing skills
Literate in basic computer skills
(Microsoft Windows, MS Office)
