- Good interpersonal skills which create a positive working environment.
- Plan and organize time to meet deadlines
- Good personality and enthusiasm
- Good command of both written and spoken Thai
รายละเอียดงาน (Job Description)
To provide secretarial, personal assistance and related administrative duties to support Agency Leader/ Assistant Vice President and Senior Executive
Perform all secretarial duties such as typing, filing, handling all office administration, scheduling of appointments, reviewing & checking all documentaries, dealing with internal and external telephone inquiries, making travel arrangements, etc.
Assist and support team to prepare and update production report, collect data and paper work in ensuring the smooth operation.
Review and check all expenses documents and budget.
Arrange meeting
Create and provide poster, slide presentation, comparison report to Agency Force that support production increasing by e-mail to Director of Agency / Agency Development Executive
Handles confidential information with utmost discretion.
Prepare probation or termination letter as agency rule quality of company.
