- Ability to work effectively in high pressured environment
- Able to use Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL and Power Point)
- Good interpersonal skills which create a positive working environment.

To contribute to the satisfactory achievement of the team performance standard by handling customers enquiries and requests promptly, accurately and professionally.
To resolve customers problems/complaints by applying appropriate skills and escalate the case to Team Leader when necessary
To be special trainer on particular product information or skill to new comers
