There are branched around the world and also the big base in Thailand.industry My function in HLAP Sydney is like inspection all of lens that after proceeded dip chemically process (Alkaline), checking the standard quality of lens , scratch, dot , dust and property. Preparing pass inspected lens, dome and machine for coating (Coating is which make the lens shadow become green colour and smooth surface). Setup lens into the dome by ring and put the dome into the coating machine. When machine is processing the lenses are sensitive must be seriously concentrated. Wait until end process and checking and test the property of lens then pass to QA section.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: The Siam Refractory Industry company (SRIC) is based on Cementhai Group which proceed product refractory production for support customers both of domestic and export. My function at SRIC is Production Planning, which is red color on the organization chart. For my responsibility of this position is to get new order from marketing section after that I have to manage the order such as check quality, shape, due date, stock raw material and ect. Moreover, I have to contract with sales engineer about confirmation of the order. The most important thing of The Production Planning is to plan the order that when customer will get the product, calculate capacity of machine and raw material to complete the order. After that I must sent plan to production section, mould section and QA section by intranet. After the order complete, I have to check the machine, kiln to dryer, kiln to burn, unload to packing and check products ,which reject or damage, for replanning again.
