หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: -Establish and manage relationships with China business partners and local relevant authorities. -Plan, develop and execute strategies to build own brand and influence in China business market. -Plan and execute strategies to setting up and function of China office.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: -Develop business plan and implement in alignment with policies and goals ( Sales revenue initial from 480 million Baht on 2000 growth to 960 million Baht on 2003 ) -Cost and budget control. -Profit and loss analysis. -Direct operation of all departments to meet the business plan covering quality, productivity, logistic and supply chain. -Lead the overall improvement (R&D, Lab, QA/QC, Engineering) In customer service-response to orders and requirements ( EFSIS, BRC-STD ) -Conduct on marketing and sales, communicate and coordinate with oversea customers for integrated business operations. -Ensure sufficient skilled manpower, competitive compensation package and motivating work situation. -Coordinate with government agencies for licenses of plant operation, business expansion and other related matters ( EU export license, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 17025 )
