Job Descriptions : - PAD Design and Revise * Design – develop piping, support, equip , structure, dimension, section, and detail to creat a drawing according to Danieli standard. * Revise – modify the PAD that has the comments after issued to customer , site. - Draft Isometric * Iso used for fabrication at site by including the quantity of pipe, spool, joint ,material,and property of lines (pressure test, temp, etc) - Piping Materials Take off *Take materials from PAD drawings by counting the length of pipe and tube, the number of fitting, flange, expansion joint, valve, bolt nut, gasket and other related accessories to sum up all in puma program and issue to Danieli headquarter. - 3D Model request by customer Create from 2d dwg By include Route pipe, support ,equipment, Civil and structure 2) HYDRAULIC ENGINEERING DEPT. Job Descriptions : - Working details according target of engineering for Hydraulic workshop - Main materials take off (Solenoid valve, Pump , Motor , Accumulator, Filter , …) . - Raw materials take off ( Pipe , Flange , Screw , Fitting ) . - Designed tank Power Unit and Lubrication Unit for hydraulic system by Auto cad 2D & 3D. - Designed frame valve stand,frame recirculation, frame motor-pump for hydraulic system by Auto cad 2D & 3D. - Details pipeline. - Prepared detail shop drawing for fabrications. - Material list. Detail and make shop drawing fabrication for construction - Checker the drawing before issue material request. - Clarification problem from supplier and contact supplier about progress of the job. - Coordinate with supplier to follow as schedule of project.
