หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: • Drives for Quality System and Certificates such ISO/TS 16949, ISO9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18000 and ROHS in compliance with customer requirements. • In charge of Quality Management Representative to establish the quality program of continual improvement to be achieved in QMS directives. • Establish and implement the quality management programs for achieving the quality objectives and targets including the deployment of relevant improvement program in appropriate levels. • Responsible for developing the Quality System and Environmental System performance in company-wide thru QS 9000, ISO 9001, TS16949 and ISO 14001 standardization. • Carried out of internal quality audit in the company-wide to make sure that quality system is implemented effectively. • Coordinate with concerned parties such production, marketing, purchasing department and customer for developing new products and providing the solution to meet the customer quality levels on their products. • Handle for monitoring the supplier and supplier quality improvement program to ensure that raw materials have been received in the highest quality level. • Control the nonconforming materials, initiate verification on the acceptability or rejected incoming material as well as material Quality being used in production. • Conduct/ Implement the quality tools in plant-wide such MSA, FMEA, Quality Improvement Program (QCC). • Involve in the determination of plant targets/goals. • Assure consistency in quality of product to meet customer requirement. • Establish a quality goal in his/her responsible area. Communicate and ensure that the company corporate quality goal is followed and the implement is measure. • Ensure that all process which effect or deviate the products from quality standard are evaluate and audited prior to implementation. • Ensure products are manufactured on its acceptable quality level with minimum cost and all available resources are optimum utilized. • Manage and implementation of failure analyze for problem solving to improve quality of products and efficiency. • Ongoing development and improvement of all quality system documentation Drawing, Specification, Work instruction and procedures concerned. • Manage the implementation and maintenance of the quality plan for each product and processes to ensure the conformance of final products requirements. • Manage the administration of non-conformance products with corrective actions. • Manage the customer complaints for customer satisfaction. • Manage and implementation of SPC in production process. • Manage and implementation of inspection and testing according to control plans. • Maintain discipline within his/her section according to the company policies, rules and regulation. Make sure all personnel under his/her supervisor are well aware of any changes or implementation. • Dispose to questionable raw materials products. • Maintain and improve a good relationship with customer personnel/representative with generates a positive understanding of quality system and commitment. • Perform quality management review processes and procedures. • Coordinate with Customers in achieving their satisfactory levels such as customer complaint handling and customer audit process.
