หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: - Address all measures needed to employed to protect the health and safety of all employees in the work place for work related matters. - Implementation of the project HSE Plan, in consultation with the construction supervisory staff. - Assist in the development, implementation and of the safety program that complies with the government regulations, standards and policies as well as company objectives. - Observe and ensure Tool box meeting are carried out. - Ensure daily housekeeping is carried out at the site and maintained. - Fire extinguishers monthly inspection and weekly scaffold tag inspection and signing. - Investigating and reporting on all accident/incident reported by site engineers / supervisors to the management. - Assist in the development and implementation of all safety records. - Maintain Records on Safety Programs and ensure licenses and permits are current. - Identify safety-training requirements, conduct in formation/induction and training programs where appropriate. - Assist department in the identification of hazards in the workplace and recommend corrective and preventive measures, including control systems to detect deviations from agreed safety policies. - Carry out heavy machinery inspection i.e. crane, telehandler, boom lift, etc. - Provide briefings and reports to the HSE Manager as required. - Write daily HSE reports on unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and safety activities. - Ensure prompt compliance of recommended corrective action to eliminate all hazards when unsafe condition and unsafe acts become evident. - Daily inspection and site walks to monitor the compliance of safety rules, regulations and requirements. - Site traffic contro
