หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: • Managing production process under control ensuring Safety, Quality, Productivity and On time delivery. • Monitoring and controlling production quality to improve output consistency and reduce customer complaints. • Managing the operator team under control to ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with factory policies and achieve KPI plant. • Supervising the mixing process & improving all production process in order to increase efficiency and up productivity. • Developing tools and modifying equipment for support production line activities and reduce any related losses and increase capacity. • Analyzing any production issues and recommending countermeasures and corrective actions in order to increase productivity and achieve plant. • Training, testing and evaluating operators under control to improve skills and competencies. • Monitoring KPI in responsibility to achieve target • Contact and coordination with departments working together. • Monthly production report to Managing Director. • Coordinate with other departments to solving problems. • Safety and 5S strong control.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: - Support new model, part trial ,and part quality control until mass production. - Arrangement new model schedule & control. - Coaching to technician & operator by apply technical approach. - Part inspection & judgement. - Issue engineering document for information each section to concern production & quality such as Drawing ,Inspection Sheet, Process sheet, BOM , WI , ECN , 5M Changes and Formula. - Design of Experiment (DOE), equipment , jig and tools to necessary for support new model & current model. - Create tools that would help improve efficiency for part production. - Evaluate and test each model major and by customer request. - Collect data for analyze data and make statistical process control (SPC) of product for decision in solving a problem and improvement. - To check accuracy of countermeasure by compare with problem phenomenon and cause. - Issue evaluation & test report after evaluation finished - Review part production process and production data for development such as yield, production effectiveness and cost reduction. - Coordinate with vendor , customer /in house for parts or materials quality control to necessary with assembly process in production line. - Successful in job assignment.
