Providing Project Manager reports per shipment and module.

Providing superintendents reports per shipment and module.  Yard progress verification: analysis of Sub-Contract claimed progress against company verified progress.  Baseline schedule slippage reports including: MIR slippage, shop fabrication, footing and yard assembly dates, impact to RFL dates caused by slippage.  Summary 8 week look-ahead report communicated to senior management.  Attend Primary Yard progress meetings and communicate planning progress and issues.  Compile daily progress report consisting of the following details: tonnage, support no. diameter inch, spool no.  Prepare s curves for steelwork and piping supports and DB on a weekly basis and forecasted requirements  Prepare weekly progress report  Steelwork status  Fabrication status  Steelwork erection  Pipework erection  Overview of module progress and pictorial view
