หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: Project : Ichthys Onshore LNG Facilities Project Duties and Responsible : • Welding Inspection of Structural Steel follow specification • Welding Inspection of Piping work module fabrication follow specification • Ensure fit-up is performed with approved WPS • Checking weld joint preparation,fit-up,alignment & Dimensional inspection as per drawing • Maintain of latest project specification, ITP,Procedure and Drawing • Monitoring Welding activities as per WPS • Check Welder Qualification and Validity • Ensure correct wps is being Use to weld joints • Monitor welding sequence • Monitor the welding parameter survey on daily basis • Monitoring of consumable storage, handling,packing and dying temperature as per project approved procedure • Monitoring of preheat, interpass temperature and inter pass cleaning as per WPS • Visual inspection of completed welded in the pipe and related documentation • Witnessing MPT,DPT,PMI (Positive material inspection) • Verification of weld repair work. • Check Dimension tolerances shall be accordance with specification • Flange Management ensure flange face is maintained as per specification
