หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: Duties/Responsibilities : Manage job functinal for QA Supevisor 6 mans,Leader 6 Mans, Engineer &Staff 6 mans,Inspector 30 Mans Manage the quality status and scrap cost of each product in proudction line Manage new production and new model achivements also PCR,ECN Status Deverlop and contorl the quality in production of each line Summary reported the quality improvement activities and scrap cost to top management by daily -monthly Shop floor management patrol concern with the safety ,quality of each factory Follow up the department KPI ,QCC, 5S , CCCF , KYT , KAIZEN, Suggestion Activity Customer safifies (New model ,new product , 8D, ) Manage process audit ,Process audit ,Internal audit ISO TS16946 Present monthly quality meeting and KPI meeting Review and approval control plan ,FMEA ,Inspection standard and data sheet Host of Q- Meeting MQM,QCD,TMC,Z-Problem ,PCR ,New model ,Quality Improve activities (KPI,QCD,MQM) Leads development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of systems and processes that ensure the correct documentation/information/instructions are available for use . Monitors all reports of non-compliance resulting from customer, registrar, and regulatory audits to ensure corrective action plans are in place. Plans, develops, and implements new manufacturing quality systems. Training & Development Implementation the quality training centor (Q-DOJO ) the visual inspection and noise inspection ,katora , quality basic -Operating in any function of training and development . -Surveying to find the training needs and summary the surveying. -Setting training plan from the training road map of new inspector,staff, engineer of the quality dapartment and production department concern with quality couase Performance Management Developing a new system of performance management ,DMS (Document Management System management ) Developing NG Control system in production line Developing the Quality Training System in company Acheivement the quality issue from customer in department KPI Following as top management orderin Control the subordinate to follow the company regulation. Can be advised to subordinate according to job operation. Co-operate with Engineering & Production to issue the Quality Control Matrix which effectiveness tocontrol process and  products quality.  Cross Functional Team ISO/TS16949 ,ISO 140001 – Internal Lead Auditor Energy saving auditor QCC,KAIZEN committee and can be consultant of QCC group Safety – Committee Business trip QA Asean conference at Idonesia ,malaysia Quality gobal meeting at Japan Quality transfer new line investment at Japan
